Fourth Wing by Rebecca Yarros || Book Review

Plot: Bagisath war college: Ride or Die. What happens when Violet Sorregail gets transferred from the Scribe quardent to the dragon riders, what choice does she have

With all the hype surrounding this book I thought it would be so much better. It wasn't a disappointment but I felt like it was lacking something.(Mind you I'm well into Onyx strom so I know what I’m talking about). 

The dragons are so cool and their interactions with riders is just chef’s kiss. Ridoc is a mood btw and XADEN 🔥. World building gets a 10/10 - magic, war and basigath college are super detailed and epic. The book does have its good moments.

The troupe is a bit of a cliche ‘’small”, “short” heroine lead X broad male lead.There's not really much of an enemies to lovers, like give me rivals who truly hate each other and are on opposite sides of war. The writing isn’t that good.The whole book prepares you for this great war which doesn't come at all like im waiting.
